Start with the time each cleaner will spend. Include your own labor, supplies, travel and other costs. Choose your target margin and review the result against the actual scope before sending it. Two cleaners working three hours means six labor hours.
Margin versus markup
On $100 of costs, a 25% margin gives a $133.33 base price. Adding a 25% markup instead gives $125. Those are different calculations.
