Physical merchandise

Our physical merchandise - children's Halloween dresses, bodysuits and leggings - is fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners through Shopify Collective. Your parcel is packed and sent by the supplier, and items may arrive in supplier packaging.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and fulfillment

Once you order, the order is passed to the supplier for picking and packing. Our main supplier, Mila & Rose, normally processes orders within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during supplier market periods, peak seasonal demand or other high-volume periods.

Processing time is not delivery time. The processing window happens before carrier transit begins.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout from your delivery address and what is in your cart. We do not use flat rates, and we do not publish a shipping price here, because it depends on your address and your order. The available method and its exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location. We do not quote a delivery date, and we cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a particular date, including Halloween. Ordering early is the best way to avoid the busiest weeks.

Multiple items and supplier fulfillment

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, those items may ship separately and may arrive on different days. Shipping is calculated at checkout for the order as a whole.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as you can and we will do what we can before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched to the address you gave us, we may not be able to redirect or recover it.

Delays

Delivery can be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather and peak seasonal volume. If your parcel has not moved in a while, email us and we will follow up with the supplier on your behalf. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Digital products

Digital products, such as our printable Halloween game, are delivered online right after checkout. No shipping charge applies to a digital purchase and nothing is mailed. If a download fails or you receive the wrong file, email us and we will restore access or send a working replacement.

Mixed orders

If your cart contains both digital and physical items, the digital items are delivered online and the physical items ship from the supplier as described above. Only the physical items are shipped, and only those can be delayed.
