What you receive

One physical pair of leggings in your selected size. Other clothing and accessories shown in photos are not included; the top, dress and shoes are not included. This is not a digital download.

Shipping

Ships directly from Mila & Rose in the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Mila & Rose normally processes orders within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during supplier market periods, peak seasonal demand or other high-volume periods. Processing time is not delivery time. September and October market periods can affect dispatch. Arrival by a particular event date is not guaranteed.

Returns

Email us before sending anything back, and we will confirm the deadline and the exact instructions that apply to your order. Returned items need to be unused and unworn, with the tags attached and in their original packaging. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as it arrives and Mila & Rose issues the return label so the item can be put right. Because physical items ship through our supplier partners, the return window and any restocking or label fees are set per supplier, and we confirm them for your order before anything is shipped back. These terms sit alongside your statutory rights and do not replace them.
